Met Carla de Ruiter had ik een mooi gesprek over (mijn) pionierend leiderschap. Uit mijn comfortzone stappen, nieuwe velden verkennen door soms met moed en een zeis ongebaande paden te openen om zowel mijn eigen als het collectieve bewustzijn te verdiepen.
